Policy Statement

Scope and Purpose

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and consultants of Latch. Our goal is to create an environment that respects diverse traditions, heritages, and experiences and promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in every aspect of our business operations.

Definition of Diversity

Diversity at Latch encompasses a range of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religious or ethical values systems, national origin, and political beliefs.

Responsibility and Accountability

Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of this policy lies with Latch's Leadership Team, with support from Human Resources. All employees are expected to uphold the principles of this policy.

Reporting and Resolution Procedures

Any employee who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should report the incident to HR. Latch will promptly investigate and resolve all complaints confidentially.

Training and Education

Latch will provide ongoing training on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency to all employees, fostering an understanding and appreciation of diversity in our workplace.

Review and Update

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure it remains effective and reflective of our diverse workforce and society.

Communication

This policy will be communicated to all employees and incorporated into our onboarding process. Regular discussions and updates on diversity will be part of our company meetings.
